Prices are starting to leap up for Christmas already!
Coop buy for today is:

Spring Carrots - 39 crates. 16 bunches per crate
Spring Onions - 25 crates. 25 bunches per crate
Shanghai - 31 crates. 10kg per crate
Lettuce - 52 crates. 12 per crate
Capsicum - 16 boxes. 40 per box
Apples - 35 boxes. 18kg per box
Strawberries - 14 crates. 45 punnets per crate
Bobby Bananas - 42 boxes. 15 packs per box
Oranges - 24 crates. 20kg per crate

Extras:
Potatoes - 2 x 10kg (still no Ilam Hardy so had to substitute)
Cherries - 41 boxes of 2kg

There are 602 orders from 15 of the 16 CSFVC distribution centres for fruit and veggies.

All of the orders were submitted via the new on-line shop on TradeGecko. The orders were processed by Co-op Shop Managers Adrienne, Laurell & Teresa.

A purchase order generated by TradeGecko was then emailed to Craig Dixon, the buyer for the co-ops in Christchurch
